Betty Pettersson's high school in Enskede opened its doors in August 2022.

We are the inclusive and engaging high school that embraces the world and highlights the individual. Here, students can study college preparatory programs and are guided towards their and our common future. The school's guiding principles, regardless of program and focus, are: humanity, world, and future, MOF. We are a real high school where everyone has the opportunity to be part of the whole, and there is an active effort to create and facilitate student participation. We know that skilled and present staff are crucial for students to succeed and that the school thus fulfills its mission. We are now looking for an addition to our competent staff group for a temporary position during the spring term at 75%.

Job Description

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and qualified to teach mathematics at the high school level. The temporary position starts on March 2, 2026, or by agreement, and extends until June 17, 2026. The position includes teaching courses in Mathematics level 1b, Mathematics 2b, and Mathematics 3b.

We are looking for someone who is attracted to being part of an environment characterized by pioneering spirit, community, and involvement. Our students should feel in their daily school life that “we see you, we hear you, and you learn.”

Qualifications

• You are a certified teacher for high school
• You are qualified to teach mathematics at the high school level
• You succeed in creating engagement among students and capturing their curiosity.
• You adapt teaching based on different teaching strategies and involve students in your planning.
• You work in a reflective, structured, and systematic way, both individually and together with colleagues.
• You use IT as a natural tool to develop students' learning. Each student with us will have their own computer.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
